Inspire HR no longer recognizes swim

My Inspire HR suddenly stopped recognizing swimming. I have auto-recognize turned on, and I had selected swim as one of my exercise shortcuts. When I tried to update my shortcuts and checked swim as one of the 6 choices, that option no longer showed up on my settings. Yes, I have restarted my device.

@DMarieN It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not recognizing your swim sessions. Go to settings as you previously did and remove one of the exercises in the auto recognize area and add swim to it. Save and sync and see how it behaves.

Thanks for your reply, but it didn’t help. The list of activities in the auto-recognize area is suppressed, but I was able to edit the times for each or choose “ignore.” I have only 4 selected, including “swim.” I also have only 4 selected in the exercise shortcuts.

My Fitbit is now tracking only “walk,” not “bike” or “swim” as it did up to two weeks ago.
