Hi,
My Inspire HR was working fine, yet few days ago I installed a firmware update.
Since then, the device stopped responding to tapping. Most of the time it doesn't respond at all, yet sometimes it suddenly does, then no response again.
Any proposals what to do?

Connected with support. Put tracker on charger and held button down for 5 seconds. The tracker reset and started working again.

Mine is only showing the clock at the moment. Last night it came on and stand on for 5 minutes straight. I have restarted my phone, reparred my devise, and nothing has worked.

Glad I checked here, fitbit was working fine until a minute ago, then the display died. Only shows the time nothing I tried works. Thought it was just me.

I'm having the same problem: neither taps nor swiping do anything.

Unfortunately restarting the device did not work for me. It still doesn't respond well to tapping and doesn't respond at all to arm rotation.
Any other solution?

Tried it and doesn’t work. I’m not aware of a firmware update, but screen only displays time when I push button. When trying to hold button for 5 seconds it turns black instead of restarting.
