Since the last update, my fitbit no longer syncs with my Motorola phone. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling app and resetting my fitbit. Now I get message that no device is found. The only way it will sync is on my daughter's Iphone. very frustrating - everything was working before.

Hi @AYAGY What motorola is it? It sounds as if it is not on the Supported Devices List Phones not on the list often work but the connection can be upset by an update. If it is an unsupported phone all you can do is go through all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing prob
