All of a sudden my HR monitoring is inactive....no LED lights shining at the back of my Fitbit inspire HR. What can be the problem? And where can I take it to be checked out?

Please make sure that heart rate is turned on your settings, to do so:
- Go to the Settings app
- Heart rate
If it's turned on but it's not showing you a reading, restart it and continue monitoring its functionality.
