Inspire HR not able to scroll

I've had my Inspire HR for a bit over a year now i think. Today, though, it wont let me swipe up and down to scroll between options. I tried restarting it (twice). About half the time I am able to tap it, but it wont let me swipe up or down. Please let me know what to do!
