Very frustrated! My Inspire HR is not auto tracking all my walks. I walk every day at 7am for 20 minutes, and it does not auto track that walk. I walk several other times in the day for more than 15 minutes and all of the these walks are auto tracked. It just doesn’t pick up my walk at 7am. This has been the case for about 3 weeks now. Any ideas why? I’ve had it for several years now and never had any problems. Could the cold weather be affecting it in the morning?
So far I’ve tried repetitive reboots and I’ve logged in and out of the app several times and force quit the app. At loss of what else to try. Is it just time for a new one?
I’d love hear any thoughts or suggestions! Thank you!

@Vstarr , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and efforts.
There can be various reasons why your walks were not recorded or recognized.
For example, the activity is not fully recognized by your movement patterns.
You paused for more than 30 seconds during the first few minutes, so the tracker might "think" the exercise was over.
Or as you mentioned cold temperatures can affect the performance of the Inspire HR. ( Operating temp (14° to 113° F
(-10° to 45° C) )
I recommend restarting your tracker and setting the start times for the activities differently. For example, set it to 10 minutes for a walk, 15 for a run, 20 for an outdoor bike ride, etc., and/or ignoring the activities you don't use. Instructions can be found here!
And the easiest thing to try is to warm up the Inspire Hr before you go on the walks.
Hope this helps.
