Inspire HR not charging and no green light

Today my inspire HR stopped working suddenly. It went from 58% battery to nothing. I've tried charging it and it stays at 1%. 

I've tried different charging ports, laptop, plug sockets etc and no change. Can anyone help please  🙏🏻

Same thing as mine. Contacted fitbit but all I'm getting is how to clean,charge etc.

Same here. Was on live chat with them for a while last night going through everything and yep, it's not going to work. Out of warranty too.

Just had an email back.

Either 50% off or replacement. 

Maybe my warranty was still in date.

Its rubbish isn't it? I chatted online with fitbit and went through troubleshooting it etc but its not working. They sent me an email offering me 35% off if I order another fitbit

gave me 35% too...go to amazon and you can get same device at 35% too....some discount...all of our phones are acting up at the same time, just out of warranty...they can only make money if they SELL devices...so they have updated system somehow that won't allow devices to sync or charge...just junk now. I won't be buying another Fitbit...scammers

i've been trying to fix mine for two weeks now, won't sync with my phone, won't charge, and the reboot doesn't work either...junk...they should replace device not offer discount on another piece of crap...what buy a new one, and go through this crap in a year when it's out of warranty too?..no thanks

I didn't go for the discount just ordered  a new one.  The tracker will do me.

Same issue for me. It appears from all the replies that it is not fixable. Most people are just giving up on another Fitbit too. I’ve had several fitbits and thought about getting the Luxe which is $50 off ending today. However I have an iWatch which I need to explore whether it has a tracker app on it. Any recommendations as to what I should pursue?

I have a Samsung watch somewhere. It does have a tracker but I don't know where I've put the watch as I was using my fitbit. I'm not getting another fitbit. From what I've seen thry only last a year or two. My brother has an iwatch and I'm sure his has a tracker on it. He likes it
