Here we go again. Fitbit again not working only 9 months old and is not turning on. The only thing that happens is smiley face comes on whenever it feels like it i guess. I have tried resetting a number of times with no luck I placed it on charger for 6 hours and nothing changed. Unable to do update it needs maybe that would solve it but again unable to do anything. A few weeks ago it kept freezing and update happened and that was fixed. any ideas. Again it is not staying on long enough for update now.

Hi @Cd12345 I think you will need to contact Support, as restarting is not helping.

I am having the same issues. I own one and so does my daughter. We both have the inspire hr and both about a year old. The one wont charge at all but the little green lights on the back light up when i move it. Mine will charge to 100 % and within 1hr the battery is gone completely. I LOVE THIS INSPIRE HR but with two now not working I doubt if ill buy another. Please post again if you get it working and what you did to get it to stay charged.
