Inspire HR not charging unless being physically pressed into pins.

I had previously had problems with my brand new Inspire HR refusing to charge and was sent a replacement unit. The replacement, also new,  will not charge unless physically pressed onto the pins. The magnet pulls it away from the pins and it wont charge unless I hold it, which is difficult due to the short charging cable.

Hi @Michael99  That sounds a bit awkward!  You could try using an elastic band around the Inspire amd charger and see if that holds it, but it is not working correctly and if it was me I'd be inclined to get back to Support and see if they will help.
