I got this as a Christmas present, so not even 3 months and it will not charge. I cleaned the connection space on the charger and Fitbit with cotton swap and rubbing alcohol as recommended and nothing. Anyone else having this issue? What else can I do?

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not charging and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I would suggest you try to restart it (even if it doesn't show as charging) by following these instructions.
