I've had my inspire hr for less than 5 months now and it's suddenly stopped charging. Yesterday I tried charging it and after an hour it only went up to 19% and there was an error on the screen saying that something is wrong with charging. Then I had it on throughout the day and when I checked the battery life, it had gone up to 21%? Even though I hadn't charged it after the 19. I decided to plug it in to hopefully charge for a few hours and when I checked it, the screen is completely dead, no response when I try turning it on in any way. Hopefully someone can give me some advice as to what I should do.
