I've already purchased new cables. Waste of money. The problem is in the FitBit.

Happened to ma as well. Tried several chargers with no success. It won’t reboot tried everything. It was glitchy before it happened, There was no touch capabilities then it just stopped working all together. Seems a bit odd that so many people experienced similar issues at the same time. Curious when the last update was and if this isn’t some firmware issue.

I really am very disappointed with the charger of the Fitbit Inspire HR. Lousy design. I have to tape the charger onto the Fitbit to make it stay on and charge. I'm getting my old Alta out as the charger is a much better design. Please bring that kind of charger back for the Inspire HR.

I am experiencing the same issue. I've had my Fitbit for not even a year.. I have babies it in hopes to keep it going longer. No showers with it, I do not put it in the water even though it is "water proof". Just one day it stopped charging. It charged one day and then was instantly drained. Next time I put it on the charger it got extremely hot and hasn't charged since. I bought new cables and have tried different outlets. Nothing 😞

About a month ago, my Inspire HR would intermittently stop responding to touch: sometimes it would work, sometimes it wouldn't. Now, the Inspire HR will not charge. The charger works fine on my wife's Inspire HR, so I know it is not the charger. I've cleaned the contacts on the charger and the Inspire HR to no avail. I believe I bought this two years ago, so I'm sure there's no warranty any longer.

I have the same issue. It is frustrating! I have tried all the suggestions as per fitbit instructions and had an online chat with a support person. Cleaned the pins and contact points as directed. Still not working. My fitbit is 2.5 years old. It has in the last 8 months been giving me more and more grief. Not charging occasionally, screen not lighting up, nor responding to touch at times. And now total failure!!!! Is that the lifetime of an inspire HR? I am seriously starting to wonder and am quite disappointed!

You may have tried this but just in case:
My other half's Inspire HR gets quite dirty and clogs up the charger. I find cleaning the terminals with isopropyl alcohol is required often.

Thank you for the suggestion. It's been done. Had online chat with fitbit tech. All recommended steps were followed to no avail. My Inspire HR sadly has counted it's last steps, KMs and heart beats! Thanks again for reaching out.

Stesso problema: Display spento. Non si ricarica. Non si resetta.
Se non si può cambiare batteria è da buttare.
