My inspire hr suddenly stopped charging. I cleaned the charging pins on the charger and watch. Tried different usb plugs, different wall outlets.   The battery is completely depleted and I  unable to reset it. Now what?

Hi thanks for the help! Unfortunately the troubleshooting instructions didn’t fix the problem. I’ve tried it all and no luck.
