For the first time, my Fitbit won't charge. I put it on the charger but nothing happens. I cleaned everything thoroughly but can't figure out how to get it to charge. I never had this problem before..

Hi @Odyssey13 , thanks for the reply! I've tried all relevant tips there. The only thing I'd like to try is to restart the device, but I can't without charging it (it needs to charge and only then can I press the button 5 secs until the smiley appears).
