I am done with Fitbit products. I have had a Charge; two Charge HRs and an Inspire HR.
I lost 2 because the faulty straps broke, can’t remember why the Charge HR stopped working but now the Inspire won’t charge. Did the cleaning routine. Nothing.
More than paid my dues with brand - time to move on

I understand how frustrating this could be and I noticed that you already have a case with our support team and that they are already assisting you.
