Inspire HR not connecting after upgrade to IOS 13

My inspire HR was connected to my iPhone until I upgraded my phone

to 13 - now it won’t connect and keeps telling me to turn on Bluetooth when I try to connect but my Bluetooth is on and connects with other wireless devices.  I don’t want to reinstall the app if it will remove all of my history - is anyone else having these issues?

Yes!! I have tried everything Fitbit said. Turning on and off Bluetooth. Resetting device. I even uninstalled the app. Absolutely, nothing is working.

I made my phone forget the Fitbit and then uninstalled it from my phone. Once that was done I set it up again and it redid everything and reconnected to my phone and the app so far so good.

I noticed the problem after the iOS 13.1.2 update which was issued to address bluetooth bugs, but it killed the Fitbit connections.  Haven't been able to connect Alta or Inspire HR and I've done the reboots, the restarts, the forget-this-devices, the re-installs, etc.  I have to sync through Android tablet and/or Windows PC, and app on iPhone updates through wifi.

Could be an Apple thing.

Very frustrating, since I carry iPhone with me, not computer or tablet.
