When I start a run from my Inspire HR it no longer connects to the phone GPS. When I finish my run it shows the hart beat and steps, but not the route that I ran and distance. I think this started after the last firmware update?
Also, when I start a run from my Google Pixel 3a XL, it will show my run on the map, with distance, but will not show the hartbeats.

Hello @markgrutters, thank you for sharing this information about the trouble you've been having with the accuracy of GPS while running. Sorry for the late response.
The Inspire HR uses connected GPS to track distance and routes, devices with connected GPS use the sensors on your nearby phone to capture GPS data. Keep your phone close to your device during an activity.
If the GPS is getting disconnected during your running activity, you may see different information for distance recorded. Before considering other options, make sure to follow the steps suggested in this article to resolve problems with GPS.
All devices with GPS sensors require a direct path to GPS satellites to calculate location. A weak GPS signal might affect the accuracy of your route and other activity data. Your device uses your step count to calculate distance until it finds a signal, so the total distance calculated for a workout may be slightly less accurate when GPS isn't available for the entire time.
If you continue to see the same behavior and your GPS is not getting disconnected, make sure to try following the steps listed in this article to complete a restart and check if you still see the same behavior afterwards.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
