Inspire HR not connecting to bluetooth with new phone

It was a little glitchy with the iphone 8, I just upgraded to an iphone 11 and the fitbit Inspire HR is not connecting to the bluetooth.

I have tried it several times, it has a full charge but I put it on the charger.  I tried to turn it off, I forced the app to close.  I disabled the app and re-downloaded.  I removed the fitbit from the app and tried to connect.  I have toggled the bluetooth on my phone off and back on (several times). 

I'm at a loss.  Any ideas?

  • Mine won’t connect either. Very frustrating
