Hi. I bought an Inspire HR on Sep2020 as a present for my sister. Apparently, she tried a lot of times to make it connect with her phone or any other phones, but really cannot connect. I asked her to send it back to me thinking i can try to help her, but it still won't connect. I tried it with huawei p20 and iphone 11, but still won't. Im getting more frustrated now. I hope somebody can help me.

Hi @Zerah, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the connection or setup issues that your Inspire HR has experienced.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone and sent you an email. In case the issue persists, please contact them with the reference number they provided and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
