Inspire HR not connecting with Bluetooth during Exercise/Activity

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Inspire HR syncs correctly and doesn't suffer from low battery issues. However, when I start a new activity, the device does not find my iPhone X. If I open the application, my Inspire HR will recognise the connectivity and suddenly 'connect', however as soon as the app is exited for starting my exercise, the Inspire HR drops connectivity once again and cannot stay connected to my iPhone.

This issue only exists with starting an Exercise Activity, otherwise my Inspire HR functions fine.

I have restarted the Inspire HR on multiple occasions, turned my phone bluetooth on and off, made sure the Inspire HR has full battery power and still I am suffering with this problem.

Hi @poppyalice. Welcome to the Fitbit Community. I'll be happy to assist with your Inspire HR connectivity with your iPhone. Thank you for letting us know that you have already tried restarting your tracker and turning the Bluetooth ON and OFF.

Have you tried setting the All Day Sync feature. It drain your phone's battery a little faster but it could assure your connectivity.

Please let me know how it goes and if you need further assistance.
