Inspire HR not connecting with Bluetooth

I just got my Inspire HR one week ago and it has connected and synced fine up until this morning. Now it will not connect, I have tried to connect it on another device to rule out an error with my phone and it will not connect on any other device either. It's driving me crazy, help!

Hi @acharlynn I'm not sure what I'd ment by connect bluetooth. 

It is the Fitbit app that needs to connect through bluetooth. The user can not connect the tracker to the bluetooth.

Let's pick one device and turn the bluetooth  off on the other devices.

Now on the device you want to sync, what phone model?

  • Remove the tracker from bluetooth 
  • Restart, better to shut down phone
  • Restart tracker 
  • Force stop the Fitbit app
  • Clear phones cache.

You can try a sync after each step, or at end

Yes, I have tried all of those things. It will not sync within the app, says that it cannot connect.
