I have repeatedly sent Facebook messages to Fitbit about this and they've been useless. I have restarted my Inspire HR, I have deleted and re-installed the app, but it is not doing anything to help. Every morning I walk one hour on the treadmill, which would be about 6,000 steps (this has been for years since I got my Fitbit, but it's been the past couple of months that it keeps cheating me). Case in point, this morning it only counted 38 minutes and 4,916 steps. I found one screen that let me change the minutes to 60, but it did not update/change it on the main page that shows you everything (the top part of the screen shows the steps in a big circle, then under it is the miles, cals, and mins, then below that is where you log your food and whatnot). I also cannot find where I can manually change my steps. I have gone to the exercise screen, but when I choose edit, it only gives me the option to edit the start/stops and distance, not the step count. Again, the reps at Fitbit who have replied to this issue on FB messenger have been useless. One sent me a link to learn more about active minutes. Useless!

Same. I can use the stationary bike for 20 mins. Or do exercises as well. Nothing. Only tracks my walking? I also cannot find an area to correct.
