Inspire HR not displaying heart rate

My HR is not showing up no matter what I do. I have followed the steps on the Help page to make sure the HR is on, which it is. I have restarted my Fitbit. I made sure all updates have been done. I made sure it was snug on my wrist. Everything looks good and I’ve done all I can, I think, but the HR is not working. Anyone have any other tips or tricks?

OMG!!!!!!🤣🤣🤣.How stupid I was.I was thinking something was wrong with it and tried everything. I saw this and was like I doubt that that’s what’s wrong with mine then tried it and was like.😳

You have to go to settings on your tracker then click it and go to heart rate and turn it on.I hope this helps you fix it if not try emailing a Fitbit operator.

Here’s a way that worked for me go to settings on your tracker and click to open and go to heart rate and turn it on.If it is on and the green light on the bottom of the Fitbit is off then you must have turned it off in the app.Hope this works

You have a Fitbit inspire hr right?

If so press the side button on your tracker so you get to the time.Then go all the way to the top (scrolling up)it should be 5 apps away from the time if you see it congrats press setting and go to heart rate and turn it on.If it isn’t there you should contact a Fitbit worker and have them help you.

same here. I cleared user data, restarted, made sure heart rate set to on. Talked to customer service. You name it, I’ve tried it. Green lights on back no longer come on.  I’ve had my Inspire HR less than a year. I’m very disappointed!

Heart rate is not registering. I don’t have a settings icon on my device to enable as instructed. How do I get my settings icon to show up?

Please and hold the left button for few seconds.

If it doesn't work plug your device to the charging cable and press and hold the left button to restart yout watch.

Mine says ON in my settings on my watch. I’ve tried turning it off, syncing, and turning ON, then resynching.. it still isn’t working. Other suggestions?

On my inspire when I scroll to settings and tap it just come up with “clear use”, no other options. Nothing happens if you scroll. This is a brand new Inspire. Ideas?🤔

My little story as well.

Yesterday, i charged my Inspire HR (from 8% to 100%). Once battery was full, i put it on my wrist and didn't check it's stats.

Today, when waking up, i saw that my Inspire HR doesn't monitor my heart rate (battery level 92%). Looked from settings and "Heart Rate" is "ON". Took it off the wrist and saw that there were no green LED lights at the back of it.

So, came here, found this topic and tried the only thing suggested:

Restarted my device and the green LEDs came back. 😊 Also, my Inspire HR now monitors my heart rate again.

Wow thanks for this! ....but WHY is this even a function? Clearly it's very easy to accidentally turn off the HR function

I followed the directions for getting my HR to work under settings and it still doesn't record my HR even though it HR is on.

Please advise!

I have ensure my Fitbit inspire HR is on my arm properly I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, also restarted the device and ensured that the heart rate setting is on. The Fitbit will still not track my heart rate
