Inspire HR not displaying heart rate

My HR is not showing up no matter what I do. I have followed the steps on the Help page to make sure the HR is on, which it is. I have restarted my Fitbit. I made sure all updates have been done. I made sure it was snug on my wrist. Everything looks good and I’ve done all I can, I think, but the HR is not working. Anyone have any other tips or tricks?

@shirleycleo are the lights blinking?  

did it work in the past? or is this an ongoing issue?

Yes it’s blinking and it only happen for the last 3 days. And until now it still not displaying
