Anyone having issues with not receiving health & wellness reminders on their device? All my notifications and everything is turned on. Help

Take into consideration that only Fitbit Charge 3, Fitbit Charge 4,  Fitbit Ionic, or Fitbit Versa series will receive health and wellness reminders. Learn more about it by checking this article What are the reminders I see on my Fitbit device?
