Can’t receive any messages from my watch

Let me help you with your notifications. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

@antahero84  I have found that the most common reason if compatibility and permissions are not an issue is the DND feature. If you have your phone on silent, you have to check off that you want the app to still buzz your tracker when you get a message. Also, make sure that if it is texting, you have the right app checked off.
