my Inspire is about one year old, the side button has been a bit slow to react, but it works.
two days ago it stopped holding its charge and developed a vertical black line on the right hand side.
I updated to latest firmwear,
changed clockface
restarted
now it has a horizontal stripe too.
I emailed support, and got a reply that email is no longer supported!
I dont have twitter which is the only option on the support site....
Gutted... 3rd fitbit to fail at just over a year!
anyone suggest anything?

Contacted Fitbit on their facebook page... quick reply. Problem sorted with a replacement.
