Inspire HR not holding a charge

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Inspire HR is less than 9 months old and won’t hold a charge for more than 3 days. I’ve tried changing the clock settings to simple, and still loosing charge. I also rebooted and still no good. I went from an Alta to this inspire given the newer feature but am now getting frustrated. Anyone else having these issues?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @GenieE.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I understand how you are feeling about this situation and recommend trying the following:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.

I have followed all steps:

Logout of account
Rebooted Inspire HR
Rebooted Apple 12 Phone
Checked for inspire HR updates (none found)
Synced Inspire HR (noted battery at 69%. Fully charged Inspire yesterday)

I would venture to guess this will not fix this issue. Screen is set to Simple Stat.

I will advise again tomorrow

Regards,

I have followed all the steps.

No updates were found and, as an FYI, battery is at 69%, even though it was fully charged yesterday. As well, as mentioned, I had changed the clock face to simple stat.
