My Fitbit Inspire HR is not holding a charge for more than a few hours. The charge almost immediately drops after use. I’ve charged different plugs and cleaning the sensor piece. I’ve had the tracker since August and have worn it everyday. Is there anyway to reset or does this sound like something is broken? Thanks!

Hi @abigailmoore12, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding tour post.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. Let me share with you that the battery of our Inspire HR was designed to last 5 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.
After following the above information, please check this help article for more tips and recommendations. This article includes as restart process that will refresh the device's performance.
Keep me posted, I’ll be right here if you need anything else.

Hi!
Thanks for the response. I tried the reset that you mentioned and I’ve turned off all applications that I assume would be draining the battery so quickly and no improvement change. It seems my screen won’t lock when I hit the side button. It is always displaying the time, even after resetting multiple times.
