Inspire HR not holding charge

Ive had my Fitbit inspire HR for just a week over 1 year mark... i originally had to get a replacement because the first one i had wouldnt turn on so i have actually had this one less than a year... just a week or two ago i notice that i am having to charge it twice a day when it used to hold a charge for at least a few days... i dont think i will be buying a replacement as ive noticed the quality just isnt in line with other brands... i wear it every day and even in the beginning of owning it, it would freeze up and id have to reset it... its upsetting but since i had already gotten a replacement, there is nothing cs would do

I believe that you may have purchased a defective Fitbit HR. The new one I just purchased is working even better than the one I originally bought a few years ago before it went kaput on me. I haven’t re- charged it for about 3 days now and still have 30% charge left on it. It’s possible that you have a defective charger. I don’t use the one that came with this product. I bought a much better one from Amazon where I can adhere it to a wall and lay my Fitbit flat on it when it needs to be charged. The charger that came with the Fitbit really sucks and that is where your problem may lie.
