Occasionally my Inspire HR does not let me check to see how many steps have been taken. I also can't see how much battery time is left. In the past when this happened the problem went away after a day or so. This happened 2 days ago and the Inspire HR is still not working properly. I swipe the face of the Fitbit and nothing happens to show the steps. I press down the face of the Fitbit Inspire to see how much battery time is left and nothing shows up. I've charged up the Inspire HR but it still does not respond to show how many steps were taken. I see the time on the face of the Fitbit and a small icon with numbers below the time.
Has anyone had the problem with the Inspire HR?

I followed the directions from another post and the problem is resolved. I should have looked at other posts first before asking the question. Thanks.
