Inspire HR not pairing to phone's bluetooth

I had this problem when I 1st got my inspire hr. It took me about an hour to get my Bluetooth to pair with the device. I've had them linked ever since, but then I used my speaker to play music from my phone today, went to connect my inspire to my phone again, it didn't work.  I've been at it for about 2 hours now. My Bluetooth will not see my device, and when it does, it will not pair with the device. I'm incredibly frustrated. What do I do? I have no idea how I got it to work the first time.

@MeowMeowMua67 Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you syncing your Inspire HR with your phone. The syncing is handled by the Fitbit app itself not from the bluetooth area on your phone. You can try the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  5. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

Let me know how it goes.
