Hi, I've just bought an Inspire HR and I'm having difficulty with it pairing with my phone. I've downloaded the app and Inspire HR shows up on my Bluetooth list of devices nearby. But when I click on it to pair them it just says 'pairing' and then didn't pair. Can you help me? I have a Samsung A3 2017 ✆.

Are you trying to pair with the phone bluetooth or through the app? If the former, that will not work. You need to open the app and add the device to your account, the app will then link it up to the phone's bluetooth. BTW, if you have tried linking with the phone go back to the bluetooth options on the phone and unlink it before opening the app.

I had the exact same problem. What I did was restart the Inspire HR by plugging everything in again and holding the button down for about five seconds until the smiley face showed up again. I turned my phone off and then back on and tried to set up a new device and it worked.
