Can anyone help me fix my active minutes, since I updated to the trial of the premium it’s not picking up any of my active minutes but it picks up the workout but the cals are always so low!

Hi @nicolekate_, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Inspire HR since it stopped tracking your active minutes and the calories are low.
I'd like you to restart your Inspire HR as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your active minutes. Also, check out this article. This article explains how your Inspire HR tracks your calories burned.
Finally, monitor your Fitbit device and see if the issues get fixed.

None of that is helpful. I have tried everything still doesn’t do anything
