Inspire HR not properly tracking exercise and sleep

My inspire HR is stopping right in the middle of my workouts and I’m certain I haven’t touched the screen or buttons. I read elsewhere to just reset it but that is not working.

 

it is also doing this for sleep as well. Just stops recording part way through the night.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Is this occurring with a specific activity or with all of them? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try our restart process and let me know if you still experience both issues.

Hi there, 

 

it’s been happening for about 4-5 months now and it’s during all activities and now consistently it’s not tracking my sleep. I have tried the reset process as well and just today it cut out during my workout and I just noticed my sleep wasn’t logged. 

I would say it’s happening at least half of the time

I've the same problems with tracking excercises. In last 2 weeks it was twice when my walk wasn't been logged.:(

Hello again,  I’m STILL having these issues and now it’s not tracking my sleep at all. I’m so done with this. The whole reason I got this device was to track my sleep and heart rate for medical reasons and now I don’t have the information that I need. Please advise on how I return this item

Mine has stopped recognosibg my daily exercise especially walking .so frustrating ive followed restart too any ideas please

Mine stopped tracking my sleep in November.  Email back with tech support, they can’t read and keep asking me for the same information over and over. 
I shouldn’t have WASTED my money on this. 
Apple would have been better

Restarting does not work. Factory restart nope that didn’t work either.   Uninstalling and reinstalling the device on the app.  NOPE.  Email tech support they escalated it. No help as they aren’t reading the issue and keep asking the same questions over and over.

I reached out, well started complaining on Facebook and tagged them.  Someone there is now speaking with me via messenger.  I will let you know what happens

My HR Inspire has also been ending exercise prematurely the last 2 days.  This has happened during walks and a stationary bike ride.  I cleaned both parts of the device and synced it, but it happened again.  Please help.
