I was only able to get a sleep score and stage details on the first night, since then nothing. It only tells me how long l slept and gives me a very simple graph. Please help.

Hi @staceyyyyyy, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the sleep score and sleep stages tracking issues that your Inspire HR has experienced, I'd like you to restart your Inspire HR as described in this help article.
After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device provides sleep score and stages data.
Finally, monitor your Inspire HR and see if it provides sleep score and stages information.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

I am using an IOS app. I get my sleep score on some days not on others. If any developers are monitoring this try: 1 - tell the app you are done sleeping 2 - immediately go to sleep then select today. Im not sure if this is done before or after a sync. I’m wondering if accessing the data while it calculating or before it calculates the data causes a problem. It’s the only difference I can think of in the days it doesn’t work. my log sleep insights is on, my sensitivity is normal, logged back in and out of app and have made sure I have sync’d data. Have not restarted my watch but that doesn’t seem to be a fix in the community. I also have no BR or HRV data. I joined premium only for these features so very disappointing this doesn’t work. Post all the way back till 2019 on this bug. Telling people to log back in , restart watch and turn off sleep insights isn’t a fix. Hope IT is working on debugging.
