Inspire HR not reading HR

My Inspire HR does not read my HR. The green light does not come on - I have tried resetting device, deleting and reinstalling my profile, deleting and reinstalling the app, resetting the device, deleting the user data, updating the software as well as restarting the device several times.

 

I also have a blank screen intermittently.

Thank you for all the details that you've provided regarding the trouble you've been experiencing with your heart rate not being recorded and the troubleshooting steps that you already tried.

My HR sensor just up and quit yesterday as well.  I can’t even reset it.  Any help would be appreciated.
