I have just updated from Alta to Inspire HR and have no heart rate and only limited sleep data. I have trawled through previous replies and followed all recommended solutions. All to no avail. Is it likely to resolve or do I just repackage it up and ask for refund?

@susanmuriel It's nice to have you on board! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your Inspire HR isn't reading your heart rate and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I don't know which troubleshoots you have tried so I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
For sleep stages you will need the heart rate data so this is why you aren't getting them at this time.
If you purchased the tracker from the Fitbit store then you can follow these instructions to return it for a refund. If you purchased it from a different retailer then you will need to contact that retailer to get instructions from them.
Let me know how it goes.
