Steps seem to be way off. Sleep stages worked only2 days out of 7 . No heart rate anymore  any help please

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not reading your heart rate nor showing sleep stages. For Sleep stages heart rate data is required so lets address this issue. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
