The heart rate feature is no longer working on my Inspire HR. It stopped two days ago and resetting the device did not fix the problem.

Once I was able to talk to the tech support and followed up by email they offered to replace the Inspire HR or give my 50% off on a selection of other devices. They didn't give me too much trouble rather than having to go through the basic troubleshooting steps again.
I already ordered my replacement device and should be up and running again soon!
Thanks for the help to the community and FITBIT for ultimately backing up the product.
