My BPM is out of range when I'm walking around, even when I'm just sitting down and being still. Also, when I'm sleeping. My resting heart rate when I'm sleeping gets to 49 BPM. What should I do? I tried to move the Fitbit, reinstall the app, and clean the Fitbit.

@EvAngel215 Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not reading heart rate and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I suggest you clean the back of your device again with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
