The green lights are no longer coming on to accurately read my heart rate. It says I have a heart rate when I'm not even wearing it. I've cleaned it, updated it, restarted it and reconnected it to my account and still the greens lights are not working and the heart rate sensor is broken.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your Inspire HR and see if the issue gets fixed.
