Inspire HR not receiving notifications nor tracking sleep

Phone calls or text msgs are not sending screen notifications. Not tracking my sleep either. All notifications are on . I don’t know what to do to make them appear. It will vibrate for exercise but not incoming calls or the text messages. I miss it not tracking my sleep which I need to know about.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. To better assist you with the notifications issue, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps. 

For the sleep issue, can you please clarify if your device is not tracking sleep information at all or Sleep Stages? I suggest you to restart your Inspire HR, try wearing it on your non-dominant hand when you're going to sleep and let me know if the issue persists.
