Inspire HR not receiving notifications

For the first two weeks all the functions worked properly on my Inspire HR. I have an iPhone. I no longer get any text notifications and it does not pick up any activity/exercise (it’s at least 30 min of cardio). I have tried resetting my Fitbit and it’s still not working properly.

If you recently upgraded to iOS 13, there are issues with it and Fitbit is aware.

Thanks for troubleshooting the issues you are experiencing with your tracker. If you recently updated to iOS 13, you may have to adjust some settings on your iPhone or iPad. For more information, see: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?.

 

Now about your activities, what type of exercise are you trying to record? Are you using SmartTrack?.

I’ve used the directions for how to receive updates after the most recent iOS update and I am still not receiving text messages and calendar notifications. Now what?

Thank you!! I appreciate the reply!!

I sort of have a fix but I do not want to set my text messages to preview on my phone just to get text messages on my Fitbit. That’s a dealbreaker!!! Please allow us to disable this feature AND receive the messages in our Fitbit like we used to before the update.

Is this issue resolved yet? I still cannot connect to Notifications with IPhone 11.

I am not receiving text notifications. I was able to restart my fitbit and I also tried resetting my Iphone. I also did remove my device in Fitbit app and adding back again. Nothing works. Is this an issue with Fitbit Inspire HR?
