Inspire HR not recognizing my steps consistently

Hi, I've tried restarting with no improvement. My Inspire HR recognizes some steps but not others. When steps are frozen even exaggerated arm swings make no difference. It's missing at least half my steps. I snch with my Android and yes I accepted the recent firmware update. The inspre was a holiday gift and I'm not sure if it was recognizing all my steps before the update or not. Thank you for any help.

@KatC1 Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not counting steps and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. This is odd an doesn't sound as an expected behavior specially if you are moving your arms. Since the issue persist I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.
