I run everyday 2 to 6 miles daily and do a hit work out. My active minutes have not been recording for the past week. Can someone help me with this? I’ve restarted my watch, logged out of my account, forced quit the app, and disconnected from my Bluetooth! What else should I do?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Is your device not calculating active minutes at all or inaccurately? April 27th was the last time it stopped recording active minutes. It’s not calculating them at all.

My Fitbit is brand new. I received it on May 7th. Today is has not calculated any of my Active minutes as well.
