Why does my FitBit inspire hr only recognizes half of my walking days? And then it only recognizes about 10-15 min of an hour walk.

I first noticed it not tracking my treadmill workouts and then it started not recognizing my walks. This has been going on now for several months. It will rocgnize them sometimes and not others. I have been walking 10,000+ steps each day and walking for over an hour every day and it completely skips days at a time. It keeps track of my steps just not my daily exercise. I restarted my Inspire HR on several occasions as well with no improvement. Can you please help.

My Inspire isn’t recording my steps. It is on my wrist not in my phone. So it is going to mess up all my totals. This is a brand new Fitbit just started it a few days ago.
