Heart rate is not reading. I have tried restarting several times. Adjusted where I was wearing it

 Also now not recording details of sleep patterns. Only giving me amount of sleep. This fit bit is only 3 months old.

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not reading your heart rate. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device. 

Regarding sleep stages, heart rate is required for this feature, this is why you aren't getting it.
