Why won't my Inspire HR show my heart rate. It last recorded a heart rate last Thursday.

@Jrmorales63 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!

 

Let me help you with your heart rate reading on your Inspire HR. Is your tracker syncing with your account? Check the heart rate settings on the device itself. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
