Hi,
After a FitBit update for the Inspire my machine won’t track sleep. Last date was 10/8/20. I have tried turning it off/on and resetting with no change. Also changed my sleep settings to sensitive. The app on my phone is also up to date. Any help is appreciated!

Hi @Therealrmc, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Inspire HR since it stopped recording your sleep data after the firmware update. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. In case the issue persists, please contact them with the reference number they provided and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.

Hi there,
Thanks for following up. I did chat with the support team. I followed their advice: turned the fitibt on/off, reset the data, I event unpaired the device from my fitbit app and the bluetooth on my phone. There has still been no change. I noticed yesterday evening that the green light on the underside of the device is no longer flashing. I'm not sure when that stopped. Could that have something to do with not tracking? I noticed I have no heartrate data either since October 7th.
